Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
5+ years as a Systems Administrator in relevant programs
Expertise in Linux, VMWare, and KVM Virtualization
Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible
Experience with Storage Arrays (NetApp) and version control (Gitlab)
Knowledge of security standards and tools, such as Nessus
Must hold DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security+)
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Linux server environments
Implement virtualization solutions using VMWare and KVM
Automate system configurations and deployments with Ansible
Oversee containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes

Synergy is seeking a Linux Systems Administrator and Dev/Ops Engineer with expertise in Virtualization, Storage, Automation, Containerization, Orchestration, Version Control, Security and Identity Management. This work is on an exciting new contract and we are actively staffing for this opportunity! Requirements
Requires a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
