What would you do?Most of the team works on one or more projects at any given point in time, typically as part of a larger core team working on multiple priorities across client accounts. At a Manager level, it could be
- Leading diverse, global Accenture teams to deliver project work effectively in MedTech and supply chain leveraging AI through setting strategy, coaching and driving engagement
- Leading workstreams on complex transformation programs or lead full engagements for smaller strategic projects
- Bringing effective communications to manage senior level client relationships and deliver with excellence
- Effectively managing networked consulting organization to influence diverse stakeholders to help support worldclass delivery across technology, management consulting, and Data/AI teams and skillsets
- Supporting sales origination and project delivery in MedTech Supply Chain and Manufacturing
- Supporting sales and delivery of business and technology transformations by utilizing deep industry expertise in MedTech and supply chain
- Managing business development opportunities end to end to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to clients
- Building and applying technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients
- Developing offerings and assets focused on industry focus areas - field inventory management and visibility, software defined factories, demand driven planning
Travel - candidates must be willing to travel up to 75% to client locations

Here's What You Need (Basic Qualifications)- Minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences management consulting or in industry in at least one of the following areas: supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or related areas such as CMOs, health technology companies, etc.
- Experience leading consulting projects or internal consulting in industry in project-based work beyond operational roles
- A Bachelor's degree
Bonus Points If (Preferred Skills)- Your Bachelor's degree has a major in science or supply chain or engineering
- You have a deep understanding of MedTech manufacturing and supply
- You have experience working with and/or leading teams, clients and vendors using your exceptional team building, mentoring, people development and management skills
- You have experience working with Life Sciences supply chain and manufacturing professionals applying excellent client-facing communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- You work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, and apply structure to your problem solving
