Full Job Description
What would you do?

Most of the team works on one project at any given point in time, typically as part of a larger core team working on a priority. At a Senior Manager level, it could include the following:
  • Lead client engagements in the MedTech industry focused on ERP technology strategy, design and delivery in ERP - SAP S4 and Oracle Fusion
  • Partner across business functions to drive planning and delivery
  • Assess current-state processes, systems, and data models
  • Design and implement next-generation technology solutions
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MES across wider IT/OT spectrum)
  • Provide industry thought leadership on MedTech ERP and technogy best practice
  • Work with cross-functional Accenture teams to bring innovation and AI to delivery and solutioning
  • Own client deliverables, including roadmaps, business cases, solution designs, and operating model recommendations.
  • Own client business development, RFPs and sales


Travel - candidates must be willing to travel up to 75% to client locations.

Here's What You Need:
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in either consulting or industry in life sciences technology supply chain and manufacturing
  • Bachelor's degree

  • You have experience working with and/or leading teams, clients, and vendors using your exceptional team building, mentoring, people development, and management skills

  • You work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and apply structure to your problem solving
