Compensation & Flexibility
This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor opportunity with no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Commissions are uncapped. The $80,000-$120,000 first-year figure reflects potential earnings for a productive full-time agent. Actual income varies with sales production. Agents are responsible for applicable business expenses and taxes.
What You Need
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with clients by phone and video.
• Reliable internet access and basic computer skills.
• Ability to pass required background screening and obtain an applicable state insurance license before selling.
Licensing & Getting Started
No insurance license yet? We provide guidance through the licensing process. Licensing and contracting may take approximately 45-60 days, depending on the state and individual circumstances. Applicants should expect upfront licensing-related expenses, which may include training, examination, and fingerprinting fees. This is not an immediate-paycheck position.
