Full Job Description
Who we're looking for:

Forge Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Clinician to join our Northern NJ clinic. This role includes a mix of in-person and telehealth care, with opportunities to provide individual therapy, outpatient group therapy, and intensive outpatient programming for individuals managing mental health and substance use conditions. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with medically ill clients. Please note, this position requires 1-2 days per week in our Paramus, NJ office and 3-4 days per week on-site at our partner's primary care office in Verona, NJ.

What you'll be doing:
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate intensive outpatient (IOP) groups and support admissions as programming launches
  • Maintain an outpatient caseload providing individual outpatient group, and IOP group therapy sessions
  • Conduct clinical intakes and comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide in-person clinical coverage within the Paramus clinic
  • Collaborate with internal Forge providers, including medication management and program staff, to coordinate care
  • Support continuity of care during planned staff leave periods
  • Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with NJ regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation for this role is $35-46/clinical hour based on a per-session hourly rate, with the ability to earn quarterly incentive opportunities. Administrative time is paid at a separate hourly rate. Exact compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, and location.

Please note, we require a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week.
