ResponsibilitiesAs a Licensed Residential Service Electrician, you will:
- Diagnose and repair electrical problems in residential settings
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
- Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes
- Apply knowledge of residential wiring, circuits, and systems to deliver safe, effective solutions
- Troubleshoot and provide efficient, reliable fixes for electrical issues
- Maintain strong customer service and clear communication with homeowners
- Attend manufacturer and in-house training sessions to stay current with industry standards
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Manage proper inventory of equipment, tools, and parts needed for repairs
- Complete accurate documentation of all service and maintenance calls
QualificationsWhat you bring to the team:
- 3+ years of experience as a Residential Electrician (required)
- Rhode Island Journeyman Electrician License (required)
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and fixing electrical issues in residential settings
- Dedication to providing homeowners with unmatched satisfaction
- Detail-oriented and skilled at multitasking
- Effective communication skills and comfort interacting with customers
- Confident and decisive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
