The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a supportive environment that promotes crisis resolution, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Requirements: - License to practice (license in good standing) in Texas is required at the time of hire.
- Texas DEA License required.
- Ability to travel within the Beaumont, Baytown, and Southeast Houston areas.
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday and participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage an average caseload of about 20-25 patients per day, providing thorough psychiatric evaluations and ongoing treatment.
- Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Deliver care within our state-of-the-art inpatient psychiatric hospital, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.
