Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Position OverviewWe are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to support clients across Arkansas through a fully remote counseling practice. The work is centered on helping people better understand what they are experiencing and develop practical ways to manage emotional, behavioral, and day-to-day challenges. You'll provide steady clinical support in a structured environment where strong communication, sound judgment, and consistency in care are valued.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct scheduled individual counseling sessions through telehealth
- Complete intake assessments and review relevant clinical history
- Identify treatment priorities and establish clear therapeutic goals
- Use appropriate counseling approaches based on each client's presentation
- Monitor changes in symptoms, functioning, and overall progress
- Maintain accurate and timely session notes and clinical records
- Respond appropriately to changes in client needs or level of risk
- Follow Arkansas licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics
Requirements- Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arkansas
- Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations
- Strong written documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
