Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary:We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide telehealth counseling for clients across New Jersey. In this position, your work will center on helping clients process challenges, improve daily functioning, and follow a clear path toward their treatment goals. You will manage a regular client caseload, provide virtual sessions, and keep clinical records organized and up to date.
Responsibilities:- Deliver individual counseling sessions through telehealth
- Assess mental health concerns and recommend appropriate care plans
- Create and maintain client treatment plans
- Provide support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and adjustment issues
- Keep complete and accurate clinical documentation
- Review progress with clients and update goals as needed
Requirements- Valid Licensed Professional Counselor license in New Jersey
- Master's degree in Counseling or related behavioral health field
- Clinical experience in outpatient, telehealth, private practice, or similar settings
- Strong ability to build trust and communicate clearly with clients
- Comfortable managing a full-time remote caseload
- Familiarity with electronic records and virtual session platforms
