This remote therapist position is designed for Minnesota-licensed professionals who want to provide high-quality mental health care through a flexible telehealth model. You will support clients in a secure online setting while maintaining clear clinical standards and consistent professional care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide remote therapy services to clients located in Minnesota
- Create and update individualized treatment plans
- Support clients with a variety of mental health and emotional wellness concerns
- Maintain accurate progress notes and required clinical records
- Provide care in accordance with ethical and professional guidelines
Requirements- Must hold an active Minnesota license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Psychologist (LP), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Experience providing counseling, psychotherapy, psychological services, or clinical social work
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to provide consistent care in a remote setting
