Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure as a practical nurse.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification for skilled nursing or as per state requirements for assisted living.
• Prior experience in a clinical setting may be preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and document observed changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and participate in care planning.
