Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) ResponsibilitiesAs a
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Assisting with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments
- Collaborating with Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional resident care
- Promoting resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life
- Following all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
Qualifications- Active, unrestricted New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Long-term care, rehabilitation, subacute, or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
