Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time/Part-Time 2nd Shift

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and current CPR certification
• Compassion for older adults with a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and operate standard nursing equipment
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency
• Skilled nursing experience preferred; open to new graduates with training support

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for a group of residents/patients during a shift
• Provide nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
• Collaborate with the Unit Manager, ADON, and DON for effective patient management
• Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
