Your Role:
As a Licensed Plumber - Master Plumbing Tech, you'll run service calls, perform expert repairs, complete installations, and oversee apprentices while growing your income through upselling.
ABOUT THIS LICENSED PLUMBER - MASTER PLUMBING TECH JOBSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM-4 PM. Mostly within 30 miles of 48109; occasional out-of-state projects (1-3 times/year, negotiable).

REQUIREMENTS- Master plumber license in Michigan
- 5+ years of plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a lead role
- Strong troubleshooting skills with consistent, high-quality installations and maintenance
- Strong computer literacy
- Organized, self-directed, and excellent at customer communication
- Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring apprentices and contributing to the team
