You bring:
- A current and valid Texas Nursing Facility Administrator License (LNFA) is required.
- A minimum of three years of successful leadership experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing community.
- A proven history of regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and operational success.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- The ability to develop, coach, and inspire teams toward a common purpose.
- A passion for caring for seniors and creating exceptional experiences for residents and families.
