Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the operations of our skilled nursing facility.
The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader who can build a positive culture, support staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive excellent clinical and operational outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide overall leadership and direction for facility operations
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Partner closely with Nursing and department leadership to ensure high-quality resident care
- Recruit, develop, and retain a strong leadership team
- Maintain appropriate staffing and promote a positive employee culture
- Monitor census, labor, expenses, and overall financial performance
- Drive occupancy and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families
- Lead survey readiness, quality improvement, and regulatory initiatives
- Ensure residents and families receive responsive, compassionate service
Qualifications- Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the applicable state
- Prior skilled nursing leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey requirements
- Strong operational, financial, and people-management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to take ownership, solve problems, and lead by example
