Full-time, day (Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM)

Range: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually

Responsibilities for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):
  • Demonstrate strong financial management and budgetary oversight to ensure operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.
  • Plan, organize, develop, and implement facility goals and objectives that support high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Lead and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to meet the facility's diverse clinical, operational, and employee needs.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and specialty care services to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Serve as a visible and engaged leader with exceptional communication skills across residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and professionalism in all interactions with residents, families, and team members.
  • Ensure the facility operates in full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, rules, and standards.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across all departments.

Qualifications for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):
  • Must possess a valid Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
  • Strong leadership and operational management skills required to effectively oversee daily facility operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
