Maplewood Health Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our care team. If you're looking for a rewarding role in a team-driven environment, we want to meet you!

LNHA Position Summary

As the LNHA at Maplewood Health Care, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:
  • Lead, guide, and direct the operations of the SNF in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as follow corporate policies and procedures.
  • Work with corporate support to oversee, audit, and maintain compliance in all departments within the facility.
  • Focus on census and occupancy management, maintaining and improving the fiscal health of the facility.
  • Lead and coordinate management team meetings discussing census, collections, clinical health, survey readiness, customer service satisfaction, activity participation, etc.
  • Ensure resident incidents and concerns that rise to a reportable event are reported to the correct entity within the state regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.


LNHA Requirements
  • Current unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator license for the state of Tennessee
  • Experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare related environment
  • Knowledge of nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care
  • Bachelor's Degree (in Health Administration - preferred)
