Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 310-bed skilled nursing facility in Chicago, IL.
We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader with proven experience managing large-scale skilled nursing operations, developing high-performing teams, and driving quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and hold department managers accountable for performance.
- Manage budgets, staffing, census, and overall financial performance.
- Maintain survey readiness and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Drive operational improvements, employee engagement, and resident satisfaction.
- Partner with regional and corporate leadership to achieve facility goals.
Qualifications- Active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license required.
- Previous Administrator experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting required.
- Experience managing a large skilled nursing facility strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and financial operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage challenges, and drive results.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
