Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead
Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in West Boylston, Massachusetts.
As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of our highly regarded facility, ensuring outstanding resident care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the continued success of our team and organization.
Pay Range: $130,000 - $160,000Key Responsibilities- Direct and oversee all aspects of facility operations, including clinical, financial, regulatory, and administrative functions.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities.
- Promote a resident-centered culture focused on quality outcomes and exceptional customer service.
- Lead, mentor, and support department managers and interdisciplinary teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, and community partners.
- Monitor operational and financial performance to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Foster employee engagement, retention, and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing.
- Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare administration experience; experience in long-term care is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of long-term care operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of resident care and service excellence.
