Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 130-bed skilled nursing facility in Reading, PA.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and support department leaders and staff.
- Drive census growth, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain survey readiness and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications- Active Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator license required.
