Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job OverviewWe are recruiting a licensed LMFT, LPC, or LCSW to deliver virtual behavioral health services to clients located throughout Oregon.
This clinician will provide structured mental health treatment from initial assessment through discharge planning. Daily responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, establishing clinical goals, monitoring treatment outcomes, maintaining accurate records, and responding appropriately to changes in client presentation.
The successful candidate will demonstrate sound clinical decision-making, professional communication, and the ability to provide consistent care in a telehealth environment.
Key Responsibilities- Complete initial client evaluations and gather relevant clinical history
- Identify presenting concerns and determine appropriate treatment needs
- Establish diagnoses within the limits of professional licensure and training
- Create and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Provide scheduled individual, couples, or family therapy as appropriate
- Apply evidence-based interventions based on client needs
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify clinical approaches when needed
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
- Identify and respond to client safety concerns
- Provide referrals for additional or higher levels of care when necessary
- Follow all applicable ethical, legal, and privacy standards
Requirements- Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related clinical field
- Active and unrestricted Oregon license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
- Previous experience providing psychotherapy or behavioral health services
- Experience with clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Knowledge of professional ethics, confidentiality, and mandated reporting requirements
- Strong written, verbal, and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
