Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job OverviewThis role supports clients through structured mental health therapy delivered entirely online. You will focus on therapeutic relationships, treatment progress, and professional clinical care without the demands of in-office operations. The position offers predictable scheduling and a consistent caseload.
Core Responsibilities- Provide virtual therapy sessions to assigned clients
- Track progress and update clinical notes
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Maintain compliance with Missouri licensing standards
- Participate in clinical check-ins as scheduled
Requirements- Active Missouri license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
- Master's degree in a mental health discipline
- Experience in clinical therapy settings
- Ability to work full-time remotely
- Strong communication and documentation skills
