Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Position OverviewThis position is designed for a licensed clinician who is comfortable managing an ongoing caseload in a virtual practice. Most of the work takes place through scheduled video appointments, with time set aside for case follow-up and clinical records. You'll have the independence to manage your daily caseload while working within established clinical procedures.
Responsibilities- Conduct scheduled individual therapy appointments through telehealth
- Review new referrals and complete required intake information
- Determine appropriate treatment goals and interventions
- Provide clinical support within your professional scope
- Complete risk screenings and follow established procedures for concerns
- Prepare referrals when services outside your scope are indicated
- Communicate with other providers regarding coordinated care
- Participate in clinical consultations and team discussions
- Complete progress notes and maintain electronic health records
- Follow Louisiana licensing, privacy, and professional requirements
Requirements- Active Louisiana license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) in good standing
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related field
- Experience delivering psychotherapy in an outpatient setting
- Comfort with telehealth technology and electronic documentation
