Full Job Description
This role is for clinicians who want stability, autonomy, and long-term growth - without burnout culture.

Description

Blossom Counseling is hiring fully licensed clinicians who are ready to build a sustainable career inside a supportive group practice. We are not a high-volume mill, and we are not a hands-off "good luck" setup. We offer structure where it matters, flexibility where it counts, and real support behind the scenes.

If you're looking for a place where you can do good work and stay for years, keep reading.

What You Actually Get

W2 employment. Clear pay. Predictable expectations.

Fee for Service Position:
  • 12-20 clinical hours/week
  • $52-$65 per clinical hour
  • $15/hour for non-clinical time
  • Late cancel / no-show protection

Salaried Position:
  • 23-27 clinical hours/week
  • $52,000-$65,000 salary

Raises are tied to:
  • Caseload consistency
  • Professional performance and reliability

No productivity roulette. No vague "bonus potential."

Caseload Support
  • We actively feed referrals.
  • Caseload support from day one
  • Expect a steady caseload within 30-90 days
  • Referrals are matched to your strengths and interests
  • You are not responsible for marketing yourself

This role is designed for clinicians who want to focus on clinical work - not self-promotion.

Support That's Actually There

Even as a licensed clinician, you'll have access to:
  • Regular case consultation
  • Optional supervision and mentorship
  • Peer consultation groups
  • Support when expanding into new specialties (kids, trauma, neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ care)

You won't be isolated here - and you won't be micromanaged either.

Flexibility (The Real Kind)
  • Choose how many days you work
  • Set your own hours within reasonable parameters
  • Hybrid work is long-term, not temporary

This is designed for adults with real lives.

Who Thrives Here

This role is a strong fit if you:
  • Are fully licensed in Pennsylvania (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)
  • Enjoy working with children ages 5+, teens, and adults
  • Want autonomy with support
  • Value consistency, clarity, and ethical practice
  • Are looking for a long-term professional home, not a stopgap

If you want total independence with zero structure - or if you want someone else to control every detail - this won't be the right fit.

The Work

You'll provide:
  • Individual and group therapy
  • Clinical assessments and treatment planning
  • Ethical, timely documentation
  • Collaborative care with a thoughtful clinical team

We value solid clinical work over flashy techniques.

How We Hire

To apply, please submit:
  • A thoughtful cover letter answering:
  • What kind of clinician you are at this stage of your career
  • Your experience in private practice or similar settings
  • How you want to grow over the next few years
  • Why Blossom feels like a place you could stay
  • Two professional references

Applications without both will not be considered.

Salary

$52 - $65 per hour
