Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) - Full-Time Remote Role in Pennsylvania

Location: Pennsylvania
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania to provide virtual mental health services to clients seeking support with personal, emotional, and behavioral challenges. In this role, you will spend your time meeting with clients, understanding what they are experiencing, and helping them work toward meaningful changes through therapy. You'll manage your own client sessions, use your clinical experience to guide conversations, and work alongside a supportive care team when collaboration is needed. This position is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility, independence, and making a difference through direct client care.

Responsibilities
  • Lead scheduled virtual therapy sessions with clients
  • Create a comfortable and supportive space for clients to discuss their concerns
