Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Rhode Island
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Summary

We are seeking an LMFT for a remote telehealth role providing therapy services to Rhode Island clients. The focus of this position is consistent clinical care, structured documentation, and treatment planning that supports measurable progress. This is a full-time weekday role designed for clinicians who value professionalism, clarity, and stable scheduling.

Responsibilities
  • Provide telehealth therapy sessions to individuals and/or couples/families based on caseload need
  • Complete intakes, clinical assessments, and ongoing documentation in the EMR
  • Develop treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes
  • Maintain session notes and treatment updates within required timeframes
  • Support clients with structured interventions and goal tracking
  • Conduct risk assessments and follow crisis procedures as required
  • Maintain compliance with Rhode Island telehealth regulations and privacy standards

Requirements
  • Active Rhode Island LMFT license in good standing
  • Master's degree aligned with marriage and family therapy licensure
  • Experience in outpatient therapy (relationship-focused work preferred)
  • Strong time management and documentation accuracy
