Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to support individuals, couples, and families through high-quality therapy services. This role offers a structured schedule and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary:$115,000 - $120,000 per year + competitive benefits
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches.
- Engage in case consultations and continuing education.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics.
- Utilize telehealth platforms effectively when needed.
Requirements- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in Oregon.
- Experience in mental health care and client treatment planning.
- Strong communication skills, especially in virtual therapy settings.
