Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job SummaryRelationships can affect nearly every part of a person's life. In this role, you'll help clients have difficult conversations, recognize unhealthy patterns, and find better ways to communicate with the people closest to them. Sessions may involve an individual working through a personal issue, a couple trying to reconnect, or a family dealing with conflict or change.
Responsibilities- Work with individuals, couples, and families through virtual appointments
- Guide conversations around communication, conflict, and relationships
- Learn about each client's background and current situation
- Help clients set goals for therapy
- Introduce tools clients can practice between sessions
- Keep track of changes and concerns as therapy continues
Requirements- Active Kentucky LMFT license
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Ability to manage a remote caseload independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
