This full-time telehealth role involves supporting individuals, couples, and families through relationship concerns, family conflict, life transitions, stress, anxiety, and emotional health needs.
Location: Vermont
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities- Provide virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families
- Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
- Support clients with relationship, family, and emotional concerns
- Maintain timely clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements- Active Vermont LMFT license in good standing
- Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
