Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide remote therapy services to clients across Texas. In this role, you will work with individuals, couples, and families through secure telehealth sessions, helping clients address relationship concerns, communication challenges, life transitions, stress, anxiety, and family-related issues.

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete clinical assessments and identify client needs, goals, and appropriate treatment direction
  • Develop treatment plans that support relationship health, emotional regulation, communication, and family functioning
  • Maintain accurate session notes, treatment updates, and documentation in the electronic health record
  • Use evidence-based therapy approaches suited to remote counseling work
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate
  • Support clients dealing with anxiety, conflict, grief, stress, parenting concerns, and relationship strain
  • Follow HIPAA standards, ethical guidelines, and state licensure requirements

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field
  • Active and unrestricted Texas LMFT license
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or relational systems
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
