Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Role OverviewAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide structured therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. Your work supports emotional stability, healthier relationships, and long-term progress for clients across Missouri. Each day involves focused clinical sessions, documentation, and collaboration-without the pressure of in-person scheduling or commute time.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
- Develop and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
- Maintain compliance with state and ethical guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and clinical consultations as needed
Requirements- Active Missouri LMFT license
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing psychotherapy services
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet and private workspace
