Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: New Hampshire
Setting: Remote
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

Make a difference in the moments that matter most: the conversations, conflicts, and family patterns clients are ready to change. This remote LMFT position allows you to provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families throughout New Hampshire while maintaining a stable Monday through Friday schedule.

You will work with clients facing relationship concerns, parenting stress, anxiety, emotional strain, and life transitions. Your role will focus on helping clients make sense of their experiences, set realistic goals, and build healthier ways to communicate, cope, and connect.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
  • Assess client needs and develop realistic treatment goals
  • Use appropriate therapeutic methods to support client progress
  • Address issues such as marital conflict, parenting stress, family adjustment, and emotional wellness
  • Keep all clinical notes, treatment plans, and records up to date
  • Follow state licensure requirements and telehealth best practices
