Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT)Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist to provide telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families. This position offers a reliable weekday schedule and a defined caseload. You will concentrate on therapeutic work that supports healthier communication, emotional regulation, and long-term relational change.
Responsibilities- Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions remotely
- Complete relational assessments and clinical intakes
- Create and maintain goal-based treatment plans
- Track progress through consistent documentation
- Apply family systems and evidence-based approaches
- Maintain compliance with Oklahoma LMFT regulations
Requirements- Active Oklahoma Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience working with relational and systemic concerns
- Confidence using telehealth technology
- Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
