Licensed Esthetician | Norwalk CT Pay: $375 - $450 per day (Expected total compensation)
At Hand & Stone, we know that as an
Esthetician, you carry the confidence and well-being of your clients in your hands. You are a skin expert, a listener, and a vital part of their self-care journey. In our Norwalk and Orange spas, we've built a sanctuary not just for our guests, but for our team.
We live by two core mantras that define everything we do:
1. Make it the Best Hour of Our Client's Month We believe in the power of human connection. To our clients, their time in your treatment room is more than a service-it's their escape, their confidence boost, and their chance to feel radiant again. We empower you with high-end product lines (like Image, Dermalogica and ClarityRX) and advanced technologies to ensure you can deliver a truly transformative experience.
2. We Do Everything We Can to Book Every Service Time, Every Day To us, a full schedule isn't just about business - it's about an opportunity to better our clients lives.
- For the Client: It means we are meeting the needs of a community seeking self-care and professional skin health.
- For You: It means we take the worry away from "where is the next client coming from." We handle the marketing, the laundry, and the booking so you can focus entirely on the person in front of you. A full book ensures you have the financial stability to care for yourself and your family while doing the work you love.
Our Culture: The Ideal Team Player We aren't looking for employees; we are looking for partners who share our heart. Our team is built on three simple values:
- Humble: We are a family. We check our egos at the door and support one another. If a teammate needs a hand, we're there.
- Hungry: You have a passion for your craft. You are eager to learn (we provide free CEUs) and driven to help your clients achieve real, visible results.
- People Smart: You have high "emotional intelligence." You can sense what people need before they even say it, and you communicate with kindness and empathy.
How We Support Your Journey We know that to take care of others, you must be taken care of first. We offer:
- Peace of Mind: Optional Health insurance and 401(k).
- Self-Care: Employee discounts on services and retail products.
- Professional Growth: Paid new-hire training and access to a massive library of free CEs to keep your skills (and your passion) fresh.
- Ease: We provide the uniforms, all professional supplies, and a steady stream of loyal members. Just show up and transform skin.
Who You Are - A compassionate, Licensed Esthetician in the state of Connecticut.
- Someone who finds joy in seeing a client walk out glowing and feeling more confident than when they walked in.
- A team member who values transparency, kindness, and mutual respect.
Ready to join a team that values your heart as much as your expertise? Whether you'd like to join our established family in Orange or our vibrant team in Norwalk, we would love to meet you.
"The best teams aren't built by superstars-they're built by people who genuinely care about bringing out the best in everyone around them."
