What You'll Do:- Perform customized facials tailored to each guest's unique skin needs
- Deliver advanced treatments including Diamond Glow, LightStim LED therapy, Chemical Peels, Neveskin, Luminfusion, and Dermaplaning
- Educate guests on skincare products and at-home routines to drive retail and enhance results
- Provide a consistently exceptional guest experience that builds loyalty and repeat visits
- Collaborate with a professional team of estheticians and massage therapists
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness, sanitation standards, and product inventory
What We're Looking For:- Active New Jersey Esthetician License (required)
- Genuine passion for skincare and helping guests look and feel their best
- Eagerness to learn and master advanced treatment modalities
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills - ability to consult with guests and recommend services confidently
