Licensed Counselor (LCPC, LPC, LCSW-C, or equivalent) to join our therapy team in California, MD. The role involves providing individual, family, and group counseling; conducting assessments; developing individualized treatment plans; and collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support progress both in the clinic and in everyday life.

What you'll do- Conduct intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and psychosocial histories.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children and adults with emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
- Provide evidence-based counseling and psychotherapy (individual, family, and group) for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship issues, and adjustment difficulties.
- Educate and support families/caregivers with strategies to reinforce progress outside of sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in treatment planning, case reviews, and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with clinical, ethical, and legal standards.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and stay current with best practices through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications- Current Maryland license as LCPC, LPC, LCSW-C, or equivalent.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field.
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
- Clear criminal background check.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, adapt to change, and manage priorities.
- Passion for supporting children, adults, and families in achieving mental health and personal growth.

The pay range for this role is:
$32-$47 per hour USD per hour
