Full Job Description
The Licensed Clinician plays an important role within Freedom House Recovery Center's outpatient team, supporting the organization's mission to serve all in our community on their path to recovery, no matter who they are or what challenges they face. Reporting to the Program Director, this position is responsible for providing assessment, counseling, crisis response, treatment planning, documentation, and client support while maintaining compliance, confidentiality, and required training, and working closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure consistent, dependable service to the individuals and families we serve.

Qualifications
• Licensure or Certification issued by the governing board currently operating in the State of North Carolina regulating a human service profession.
• Experience in the clinical area to be served.
• Experience with Medicaid and State requirements is preferred.
• Ability to provide clinical services using evidence-based practices.
• Possess good interpersonal, writing, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of socio-cultural characteristics of service population.
• Ability to provide crisis support.
