Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor - Outpatient (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT)

Qualifications

• LMFT, LCSW, or LCMHC credentialed in North Carolina required.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations (ages 6+).
• Strong understanding of telemedicine practices.
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to clients in both telemedicine and in-person settings.
• Supervise and mentor junior therapists and interns.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
