Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a remote behavioral health practice serving clients throughout Kentucky. The ideal clinician brings sound judgment, professionalism, and a thoughtful approach to client care. A consistent weekday schedule and established telehealth setting provide the structure to build strong therapeutic relationships and support clients with a wide range of mental health and life concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Provide scheduled individual therapy sessions through telehealth
- Complete psychosocial assessments and intake evaluations
- Develop treatment plans that reflect each client's needs and goals
- Review client progress and make clinically appropriate adjustments to care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Recognize when additional services, resources, or referrals may be appropriate
- Maintain compliance with Kentucky licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics
Requirements- Active Kentucky LCSW license
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
- At least 2 years of post-licensure experience
- Ability to manage a consistent remote caseload
- Strong communication and time-management skills
