Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
We are seeking a
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide therapy to clients throughout Tennessee through telehealth. The position includes assessments, ongoing counseling, treatment planning, and coordination with the clinical team. Clients may present with concerns related to
mood, trauma, stress, and major life transitions. The clinician will work with each client to identify appropriate goals, provide counseling and practical support, and monitor progress over time.
Responsibilities- Conduct individual therapy sessions through telehealth
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic impressions, and treatment plans
- Help clients develop coping strategies and connect with appropriate resources
- Complete risk assessments and safety plans when clinically indicated
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and clinical reviews
- Follow applicable Tennessee licensing requirements and professional standards
Requirements- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Active LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
- 1-2+ years of post-master's clinical experience, preferably in outpatient or community mental health.
- Experience with telehealth or willingness to learn virtual care workflows.
- Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
Benefits- Annual salary: $115,000 - $120,000.
