Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Pennsylvania
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary: This role focuses on providing virtual mental health care to individuals navigating emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. As an LCSW in a telehealth setting, you'll conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and support clients through ongoing therapy sessions-all within a structured weekday schedule. Your work directly helps clients build coping strategies, improve functioning, and maintain stability in their daily lives.
Responsibilities:- Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements- Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Experience providing clinical therapy services
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
