Job SummaryWe're hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a remote position supporting clients through virtual therapy. You'll help clients process life stressors, improve coping skills, address mental health symptoms, and follow a treatment plan that supports steady clinical progress.
Responsibilities- Deliver therapy services using a secure telehealth system
- Complete intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
- Develop treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Provide support for behavioral, emotional, and social challenges
- Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
- Refer clients to additional resources when clinically appropriate
Requirements- Utah LCSW license in good standing
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school
- Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong understanding of ethical and legal clinical standards
- Comfortable managing records through an EHR system
