Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Your Responsibilities- Lead virtual therapy sessions with clients based on scheduled appointments
- Gather client history, assess needs, and determine appropriate areas of support
- Create treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical recommendations
- Help clients address challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, and life transitions
- Review client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches when appropriate
- Complete required documentation accurately and within expected timelines
- Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality
- Follow Kansas licensing requirements, ethical guidelines, and telehealth standards
Requirements- Must hold an active Kansas license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW)
- Experience in counseling, psychotherapy, or clinical social work
- Comfortable providing services through telehealth
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
- Able to work independently while maintaining a reliable standard of care
