Job SummaryWe are seeking a
Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy through a remote care model. This role involves helping clients understand their concerns, identify patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and work toward healthier daily functioning.
Your day-to-day work will include virtual sessions, assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and follow-up care. The role is clinical, structured, and focused on giving clients reliable support from a licensed professional who can guide them through personal and mental health challenges.
Responsibilities- Meet with clients through scheduled telehealth appointments
- Complete intake evaluations and clinical assessments
- Build individualized treatment plans based on client goals and clinical needs
- Provide therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, family conflict, and major life changes
- Maintain accurate clinical records, including progress notes and plan updates
- Track client response to treatment and make thoughtful adjustments when needed
- Provide psychoeducation and practical coping tools during sessions
- Follow all telehealth, privacy, and documentation requirements
- Refer clients to additional care when symptoms or risk levels require added support
Requirements- Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Florida
- Experience providing psychotherapy or clinical counseling services
- Ability to complete clear, timely, and compliant documentation
- Comfortable with remote client care and digital clinical tools
- Understanding of evidence-based therapy methods
- Strong clinical judgment and professional boundaries
- Ability to manage client needs with consistency and care
