Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Location: Illinois
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

About the Position

We're looking for an Illinois-licensed LCPC to work with adults through telehealth. Clients may come to counseling with anxiety, depression, trauma, work stress, or other challenges affecting their everyday lives. You'll have an ongoing caseload and a consistent weekday schedule. The position gives you room to build rapport with clients, use your clinical judgment, and determine the best way to support each person as treatment progresses.

Duties
  • Hold scheduled individual counseling sessions online
  • Complete intake appointments and gather relevant client information
  • Discuss what clients want to work on and establish appropriate goals
  • Use counseling methods that fit your clinical training and the client's needs
  • Revisit treatment when a client's situation or goals change
  • Keep clinical notes and records current
