Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

This remote LCPC position gives you the opportunity to provide therapy in a focused, client-centered telehealth setting. You will work with clients who need professional support for emotional, behavioral, and life-related concerns, helping them build coping tools, understand patterns, and move toward healthier decisions.

Your day-to-day work will include virtual sessions, intake assessments, treatment planning, progress reviews, and documentation. The role is designed for a licensed counselor who wants consistent full-time work, a professional remote environment, and the ability to make a real difference through accessible mental health care.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy sessions
  • Conduct intake appointments and gather relevant clinical history
  • Create realistic treatment goals based on each client's needs
  • Help clients develop coping strategies for stress, mood concerns, relationships, and major life changes
  • Provide counseling using appropriate clinical techniques and interventions
  • Update treatment plans as clients make progress or present new concerns

Requirements
  • Active Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor license required

  • Comfortable delivering services through a telehealth platform
  • Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or trauma-informed care
  • Ability to work independently while following clinical and ethical standards
