Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT)

Location: Maryland
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a Maryland-licensed LCMFT to provide virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. The role focuses on helping clients address relationship concerns, family conflict, communication difficulties, emotional stress, and major life transitions.

The LCMFT will provide ongoing clinical care, evaluate client needs, establish treatment goals, and support progress through appropriate therapeutic interventions in a remote setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Assess relationship dynamics, family concerns, and presenting clinical needs
  • Develop treatment goals and individualized care plans
  • Use appropriate marriage and family therapy interventions based on client needs
  • Monitor client progress and revise treatment strategies when necessary
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Identify safety concerns and follow appropriate clinical procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with Maryland licensing, ethical, and telehealth standards

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related clinical field
  • Active Maryland LCMFT license
  • Clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment and manage a caseload independently
