Skills and Competencies
  • 5-8 years of product management experience with demonstrated ownership of products or feature areas from discovery through launch
  • Strong experience owning API-based or data platform products, including data ingestion pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
  • Solid understanding of entity resolution, entity matching, or reference data management, with familiarity in OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, embeddings, and data normalization
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with internal stakeholders and enterprise clients
  • Ability to write clear and concise product documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with agile product tools such as Jira and Confluence, and strong data-driven decision-making skills
  • Technical fluency to engage in architecture discussions and evaluate trade-offs across data ingestion and infrastructure approaches
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end product management of a scalable entity matching platform, ensuring delivery of high-quality data ingestion and search capabilities.
  • Independently manage the product lifecycle from discovery through release and post-launch iteration
  • Prioritize features and tasks based on business value, effort, and stakeholder input
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering teams
  • Define and track key performance metrics including match accuracy, ingestion latency, API throughput, and user adoption
  • Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Identify user needs through research, stakeholder engagement, and usability testing to validate solutions
  • Own the roadmap for data ingestion, including pipelines, indexing, and storage to ensure data quality and performance
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and cross-functional teams to optimize search relevance, integrations, and product delivery

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $119,100.00 - $172,650.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
