About the role:Higgsfield is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to help build and scale the systems, processes, and technology that power our legal function.
Working closely with our Legal team and cross-functional stakeholders, you will own and optimize our contract lifecycle management platform (Ironclad), streamline legal workflows, and introduce automation and AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency across the organization.

What you'll do:Build and Improve Legal Operations- Help design and continuously improve the Legal team's operating model, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and automate manual processes.
- Develop and maintain scalable legal processes that support the needs of a rapidly growing global organization.
Own Legal Technology & Automation- Own and manage our legal technology stack, including Ironclad contract lifecycle management workflows, matter management, and e-billing systems.
- Optimize Ironclad workflows to streamline contract intake, approvals, execution, and overall contract management.
- Develop and implement automation solutions, including AI-assisted first review of NDAs, to improve the efficiency of legal processes.
- Partner with internal teams to identify and implement AI tools and automation solutions that improve how legal work is managed.
Manage Legal Operations & Reporting- Oversee relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers, including budget management, billing, and performance tracking.
- Establish metrics and reporting dashboards to provide visibility into the Legal team's priorities, workload, and performance.
- Use operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and support informed decision-making.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner closely with Finance, IT, and business teams to ensure legal processes and systems align with broader company operations.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline legal workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation and adoption of new legal tools, systems, and processes across the organization.
Requirements:- Deep expertise in legal technology, including contract lifecycle management platforms (Ironclad strongly preferred), e-billing systems, and matter management tools.
- Hands-on experience with Ironclad is required, including configuring, managing, and optimizing contract lifecycle management workflows.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing legal workflows, process improvements, and automation solutions.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve legal processes.
- Experience supporting global teams and navigating the operational needs of a rapidly scaling organization.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience developing metrics, building reports, and using data to inform business decisions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to take ownership and operate independently.
- Experience working at a high-growth technology or AI company strongly preferred.
- Highly collaborative, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Compensation & Benefits:- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $110,000-$150,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.

Bonus: This role is Bonus eligible and may participate in the Company's discretionary annual bonus program.

This is a
fully remote role based in the United States, with occasional business travel to our
San Francisco office required for team meetings, planning sessions, company events, and other in-person collaboration. Team members are expected to be available during agreed working hours and maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team's time zone. While we work remotely, we value active communication, responsiveness, and close collaboration across teams.
